• Strong technical depth and hands-on expertise in AI/Agentic solutions
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, and Copilot APIs
• Experience building enterprise-grade agent solutions and guiding architecture decisions
• Working knowledge of Azure AI Services, Visual Studio, and .NET
• Strong partner-facing communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to SI partners and help unblock technical challenges

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development, consulting, customer success, or software delivery.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to make progress with minimal guidance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with C-level executives, developers, architects, partners, and sales teams.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, .NET, and Office 365.
