What they need

The Organisation
4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to partner with a growing and well-established allied health provider delivering high-quality therapy services. With a collaborative multidisciplinary team and a strong focus on clinical excellence, this organisation is passionate about supporting both children and clinicians to thrive. You'll be joining a workplace that genuinely values professional development, flexibility and creating a positive team culture.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join a supportive and growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician with at least four years of paediatric experience who enjoys mentoring others.

In this role, you'll provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior Speech Pathologists, helping them build confidence and develop their clinical skills. You'll also maintain a varied caseload across presentations including Autism, ADHD, global language delay, speech sound disorders, AAC, social communication differences and general developmental delays.

This is a clinical leadership opportunity focused on supporting your team—without the added responsibility of operational management, policies or procedures.

Whether you prefer working entirely from the clinic or incorporating community visits into your week, there is flexibility to tailor the role to suit your preferred way of working.

Benefits to You

  • Salary from $100,000 + superannuation
  • Opportunity to earn $110,000+ through an achievable quarterly bonus structure
  • Full-time or 4-day-per-week options available
  • Flexible working hours to support work-life balance
  • Clinic-based, community or hybrid caseload options
  • Generous annual professional development allowance
  • Regular internal and external professional development opportunities
  • Dedicated paid time for team collaboration and service development
  • Strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on your clients
  • Achievable KPIs designed to support quality clinical outcomes
  • Supportive multidisciplinary team with a collaborative, inclusive culture
  • Staff wellbeing initiatives and regular team recognition

Qualifications

  • SPA registration (or eligibility for registration)
  • Minimum four years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • Passion for mentoring and supporting junior clinicians
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current driver's licence
