They're hiring because their Speech Pathology waitlist keeps growing, and they need another experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to help support an established team of six Speechies.

Job Description

• Salary up to $110,000 + super, depending on experience

• Join 6 existing Speech Pathologists
• Work alongside an established Senior Speech Pathologist
• Opportunity to mentor and support developing clinicians
• Hands-on Clinical Directors who remain closely connected to clinical practice

• Approximately 50% clinic / 50% community
• Paediatric-only or mixed adult and paediatric caseload options

This is expansion, not replacement.
The Speech Pathology team has continued to grow because demand for services is increasing, and the organisation is now looking for another experienced Speech Pathologist who can bring both strong clinical capability and leadership to the team.

You'll be joining an established multidisciplinary allied health provider in with 3 full-time and 3 part-time Speech Pathologists already in the team, established referral streams and an existing waitlist.

The caseload is already there.

What they need now is another experienced clinician who can work alongside their current Senior Speech Pathologist and help provide an additional layer of clinical support as the team continues to expand.

Clinical Directors Who Understand the Job: One of the biggest differences here is that the Clinical Directors are not completely removed from what happens day to day.

They are hands-on, accessible and understand the realities of being a clinician balancing appointments, documentation, travel, complex participants, family expectations and the pressures that can come with working in community Allied Health.

You do not need leadership experience for this role. Just a friendly attitude and adequate experience
