Senior SQE

• Handle the hot issues / customer escalation issues of electrical component for application related cases, quick response and communicate with supplier and cross function team, able to communicate with customer
• Lead problem solving with CPE/EE/SDE and supplier FAE/EE for application or design issue, push supplier root cause / improvements / risk assessment.
• Summarize those application or design issue lessons learnt and look across supplier to supplier, and to EE/CPE as well
• Analysis and Review supplier responsiveness / reporting related data, improve supplier 8D report complete cycle time
• Review the supplier score card and work with TPS supplier for QIP improvements, response for Monthly TPS supplier day, review the supplier quality data and report, driving supplier improvements
• To have the regular review with EE team for new project to minimize the application issues
• Participant in plant level quality meeting reporting application issue for electrical component
• Guiding and training SQEA for application / design knowledge Special Assignment by SQE Manager, Support Manager for special task
