Senior Sql Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views
• Write high-performance queries on large transactional databases
• Build data extraction, transformation, and reporting logic
• Analyze and improve database performance (indexing, execution plans, query tuning)
• Work closely with product, analytics, and application teams
• Develop data validation and reconciliation processes
• Support integrations with healthcare admin platforms
• Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance standards

Required Skills

• 12 -23yrs years of strong hands-on SQL development experience

• Advanced expertise in:

• Complex joins

• CTEs

• Subqueries

• Window functions

• Query optimization

• Indexing strategies

• Strong experience with SQL Server (2016+ preferred)

• Experience working with large datasets (millions of records)

• Strong understanding of database design concepts

• Ability to read execution plans and tune queries

• Experience with ETL processes

Good to Have

• Healthcare domain experience (Claims, Eligibility, Capitation, Risk adjustment, etc.)
• Experience working with platforms like EZ-CAP or similar core admin systems
• Exposure to SSIS / reporting tools
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
