RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works independently to design experiments, analyze data and present their findings.

• Develop and optimize protocols for imaging and image analysis experiments.

• A dministrative oversight for lab purchasing and lab management.

• Grows and maintains human immune cell cultures and tumor spheroids.

• Isolates human peripheral blood cells and processes for single cell analysis.

• Designs, executes, and analyzes confocal and super-resolution microscopy experiments.

• Performs biochemistry experiments.

• Assists with lab management including ordering and inventory.

• Performs related duties & responsibilities as assigned/requested.

• Performs technical maintenance and supervises use of high-end microscopy systems.

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in specific research field and 6-10 years of experience.

• Consistently strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and sustain effective working relationships with professionals in other disciplines;

• The ability to create a high-energy results-oriented work environment that encourages colleagues and staff to value each other’s contributions; and

• The ability to share and celebrate success with colleagues and staff.
