Seeking Senior & Staff-level Algorithm Engineers who want to tackle some of the hardest challenges in AI: training & deploying deep RL algorithms for complex, real-world autonomous systems.

This isn't about optimizing another benchmark. It's about advancing intelligent systems that must make decisions in dynamic, uncertain environments, where safety, reliability, and real-world performance matter.

You'll tackle:

• Develop/train/deploy deep RL algorithms for autonomous systems & complex robotic environments.
• Diagnose & solve fundamental RL challenges, beyond what's already been done.
• Apply modern DL architectures to real-world autonomy problems.
• Turn algorithmic innovation into practical capabilities that help transform the future of freight and logistics.

You bring:

• MS or PhD in CS, CE, Robotics, Physics, or related technical field.
• Demonstrated track record of training/deploying deep RL algorithms in complex, real-world robotic or autonomous systems.
• Strong Python & PyTorch skills. A solid understanding of modern DL architectures.
• The ability to tackle fundamental RL problems, think beyond conventional approaches, & translate research into real-world results.
