Senior Staff Software Engineer

Spiral Scout is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead complex software initiatives, build scalable systems, and support the integration of AI-powered solutions. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering to improve software quality, system performance, and development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, reliable software systems
• Lead architectural decisions and complex engineering projects
• Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and integrations

Requirements

• Familiarity with AI integration or workflow automation is an advantage
