Senior / Staff Software Engineer (Internal Tools)

• We’re hiring a Senior / Staff Software Engineer to own direction and architecture on our AI Operations Engineering team
• Suno is scaling incredibly fast and our job is to unlock growth for operations areas like music ops, support, legal, finance, and beyond with workflows, tooling, and intelligent agents
• Build agents, workflows, and custom tools that let non-engineering teams handle more without adding headcount
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, making the call on what to buy and what to build
• Contribute to and empower stakeholders on our self-service app deployment platform
• Design and implement new patterns for internal APIs, auth and MCP building and extending beyond our Django monolith
• Integrate and scale customer experience systems built around third parties like Zendesk
• Partner with customer experience, legal, finance, people, and content ops to source new challenges

• You have a proven track record of building, maintaining, and supporting internal tooling or systems that streamline engineering or business operations
