Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide regular performance, workload, risk, and delivery reports to management.
• Coordinate with local purchasing organizationsand escalate operational issues, delays, and service risks as required.
• Ensure the timely and accurate execution of customer requests and operational procurement activities.
• Analyze dashboardsand scorecards, explain deviations, and agree on corrective actions and targets with the team.
• Harmonize, document, and implement processes, standards, and internal controls across the service.
• Perform risk-based quality checksto verify the execution, effectiveness, and applicability of controls.
• Oversee period-end closing activities and ensure the timely resolution of open issues.
• Lead local team meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
• Mentor new team members and coordinate team-wide organizational and operational activities.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

• Degree in**Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance,**or a related field is an advantage.
• Relevant leadership, project management, or continuous improvement training is desirable.
• More than 5 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience in purchasing, operational procurement, shared services, supply chain management, or a closely related function.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating or **leading teams,**managing service performance, and driving cross-functional improvements.
• Advanced knowledge of operational procurement processesand relevant SAP purchasing modules, including purchase order processing, order acknowledgments, and operational reporting.
• Strong understanding of service management,internal controls, KPI governance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
