Senior Staff Wet Equipment Engineer

About the role

Lead line support for equipment setup, recovery & corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in the Wet department. Evaluate and improve maintenance controls and procedures to maximize equipment reliability and lifespan. Perform advance machine troubleshooting with knowledge of Wet tools (Metal Lift-off, Chemical Spray tool, Wet Benches and SRD tool). Support new tools setup, installation & qualification. Maintain an inventory of critical equipment spare parts to minimize downtime and ensure the availability of necessary components. Identify opportunities to reduce costs related to equipment parts, maintenance, and operations while maintaining high-quality standards. Support process team for evaluation & process verification. Mitigate risk capacity and capability bottleneck. Develop and lead equipment training programs to build maintenance skills among associate engineers and technicians. Participate in troubleshooting and quality improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and production outcomes.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Automation or equivalent
• At least 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Wet Benches, Spray tools, and single-wafer chamber systems such as Veeco, Siconnex, and SCREEN
• Relevant experience in semiconductor/foundry environment
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to handle stress
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Conformance to 5S and safety rules and regulation
