Key Responsibilities
Online Customer Service
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other online channels
Provide accurate product information and assist customers with online orders
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and order status to ensure customer satisfaction
Cashiering
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions
Handle cash, card, and e-wallet payments, and issue receipts
Balance the cash register and prepare daily sales reports
Store Operations
Assist with stock receiving, checking, and shelving
Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and product displays
Support inventory checks and flag low-stock items
