Senior Strategy Advisor

Role Description The Senior Strategy Advisor at Válvulas Burzan srl is a full-time, remote role focused on guiding strategic decision-making and long-term business planning. This position involves analyzing market trends, financial data, and operational performance to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation. The Senior Strategy Advisor will collaborate with senior leadership to design and refine strategic initiatives, prepare business cases, and support key investment and partnership decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting structured analyses, developing strategic recommendations, facilitating cross-functional discussions, and producing clear presentations and reports for stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring team members on strategic thinking, supporting change management efforts, and ensuring that strategic plans are aligned with organizational goals and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with proven ability to interpret complex data, assess scenarios, and develop evidence-based insights.
• Expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting, including experience framing problems, proposing solutions, and guiding stakeholders through decision-making.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present strategic recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of Finance, including financial modeling, budgeting, and evaluation of investment and profitability drivers.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business transformation, or corporate development in industrial or manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across time zones and functions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• High level of integrity, sound judgment, and a structured approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
