Senior Strategy Manager

JOB PROFILE SUMMARY

As part of the Strategy Management Office (SMO), the Senior Strategy Manager supports the development and oversees the execution of SoftServe’s strategic initiatives. The role combines problem-solving, planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure strategic priorities are translated into actionable outcomes. Senior Strategy Manager works closely with senior stakeholders to deliver projects of high importance and complexity that shape the company’s long-term success. The team operates in a project-based model, applying approaches and methodologies similar to those used by leading consulting firms.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• In collaboration with SoftServe’s management, you will contribute to shaping the company’s strategy and long-term vision, as well as drive transformative projects that impact processes, operating models, and company-wide strategic goals.
• You will collaborate directly with senior leadership and key functional leaders to support the design and execution of strategic initiatives.
• You will conduct rigorous, data-driven problem analysis, complete market research and competitor benchmarking. You will also identify new business opportunities, support the design of innovative solution options, and develop structured plans that establish the foundation for sustainable growth and efficiency across the company.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to align corporate, functional, and individual OKRs with the approved corporate strategy.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of work experience with a leading top management consulting firm. Alternatively, strong experience in corporate strategy or transformation role, with a demonstrated track record of managing complex projects and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to structure and independently navigate ambiguity and complex assignments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions and leadership levels.
• A passion for turning strategic ideas into reality, combined with flexibility and adaptability to navigate challenges and ensure effective implementation.
