Senior Structural Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for building and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Ensure structural designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, clients, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure design requirements are met.
• Provide technical support during construction, including design reviews, site inspections, and resolution of structural issues.
• Monitor project deliverables, schedules, and quality standards related to structural engineering scope.
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve structural design issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Review and coordinate structural design changes, RFIs, and technical submissions as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with specialization in Structural Engineering
• A Licensed Civil Engineer is required for this role
• Strong expertise in structural analysis, design, and project execution
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design softwares
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
