Senior Structural Engineer

Job Description SRI EMAS as part of developing its business, requires the services of the following cadre of professionals:

Roles And Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering using governing standards and procedure including:
• Design of lifting frames, hold-down clump weights, etc.
• Sea fastening and appurtenances for sea transport
• Support for fabrication subsea structures
• Contribute to achieving HSE standards and goals
• Project participation including mobilisation, construction and offshore installation support
• Assist engineering manager in developing internal training courses
• Report regularly to Engineering Manager about SOW
• Provide mentorship

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree and related professional qualification in structural engineering
• 4 or more years' experience performing offshore structural engineering design, construction and fabrication
• Working knowledge in Industry design standards
• STAAD pro., ABAQUS FEA, SESAM Genie, MathCAD, Microsoft XL, SACS (any of)
• BOSIET (a plus)
• Chartered (a plus)
