Our client is building a high performing structural team on the Sunshine Coast and are looking for a Structural Engineer (Intermediate to Senior) who wants more than just producing designs.

The Role

You will:

• Deliver structural design across concrete and steel projects
• Work on projects up to $250M
• Be involved from concept through to construction
• Collaborate closely with engineers and drafters
• Take increasing ownership of design and delivery

Projects include:

• High-rise residential
• Commercial and industrial buildings
• Hospitals and major infrastructure
• Complex structural systems

What We’re Looking For

• 4–10+ years structural engineering experience
• Strong capability in reinforced concrete design
• Solid understanding of real-world constructability
• Strong communication skills
• Someone who takes ownership and wants to grow
