Senior Structural Engineer

China State Construction Middle East (CSECE ME) is recruiting a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Technical Team in a newly awarded Large Scale High Rise Tower project in Dubai.

Key Assignment:

• Provide structural Design and technical support to project team
• Routine project site visits to understand challenges each project is facing and audit the team technical management compliance with company procedures.
• Review sub-contractor calculation submission (i.e. steel design, PT design and etc.) and provide engineering feedback
• Provide engineering solution where is required
• Design and checking for all contractor temporary works design (equipment foundation, equipment support, formwork, back propping, etc..
• Reviewing of Key method statement from structure adequacy perspective.
• Assist in investigation for structural items where site incident has occurred.
• Assist in tendering where structural input is required.
• Propose and develop structure Value engineering proposal and design optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structure
• 10+ years' of relevant work experience
