Senior Structural Engineer - Jacksonville, FL

RQ Construction is looking for a skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our Structural Engineering group in Jacksonville, FL (relocation assistance available). In this role, you will primarily focus on structural analysis, developing CAD models, and reviewing project drawings to ensure they meet safety standards and design requirements. You will also take on leadership responsibilities, including guiding project teams, managing budgets, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with quality expectations, all while contributing to the Mission, Vision, and Values of the company.

Pay: $140,000- $175,000 per year DOE

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering (required)
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (required)
• 15+ years of experience in structural design and project delivery, or equivalent within industrial construction projects
• Experience managing projects for the Department of Defense is preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, RISA, Revit, Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
