Brief JD:
• Lead the planning, design, and review of RCC, steel, and composite structural systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, reports, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with Architects, MEP Consultants, Project Managers, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Review structural drawings and provide technical support during construction and site execution.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers while maintaining high engineering quality standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and successful execution to meet client expectations.
• Contribute to building and strengthening the organization's Structural Design Studio through technical leadership and best practices.
