The Role

We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to manage structural design, authority approvals, and structural site supervision.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• At least 5 years of UAE experience, including structural design and site supervision within an engineering consultancy.
• Dubai Municipality G+4 approval, with readiness to register under our company and have your name listed in the DEQ.
• BIM experience, including structural modelling and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong knowledge of applicable design codes and local authority requirements.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, clients, and authorities.
• Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
• Handle authority submissions, respond to comments, and attend technical meetings.
• Coordinate architectural and structural drawings and resolve clashes before submission and construction.
• Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and contractor proposals.
• Resolve technical site issues and follow up on corrective work.
• Guide junior engineers and maintain clear records of approvals, inspections, and outstanding actions.

Additional Skills and Qualifications — Higher Salary Consideration

A higher salary may be considered for candidates with:

• Dubai Municipality G+12 approval, with readiness for registration under our company in the DEQ.
• Experience preparing BOQs and tender documents and evaluating contractor bids.
• Experience managing Dubai Building Permit System submissions.
• Experience handling DDA submissions and approval procedures.
• Experience applying FIDIC contracts, drafting construction contracts, and managing contractual disputes and conflicts.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Starting from AED 8,000 per month.
