SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at Aluminium Offshore Pte Ltd in the West Region. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in designing and delivering innovative structural engineering solutions for our diverse range of offshore projects.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and analysing structural systems for offshore and marine applications
• Conducting structural analysis and modelling using advanced software tools
• Preparing detailed engineering reports
• Guiding and checking engineering drawings
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
• Providing technical guidance and support to project managers and other engineering personnel
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, codes, and best practices
• Mentoring and training junior members of the engineering team

What we're looking for

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
• 6+ years of experience as a Structural Engineer,  a strong background in offshore and marine structural design to be an advantage
• Proven expertise in structural analysis, design, and modelling using industry-standard software
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A commitment to safety and a track record of ensuring projects are delivered safely and on time
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, codes, and standards
