As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a critical part in leading the structural design and coordination of complex high-rise buildings, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable, and efficient structural solutions from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee structural design for high-rise residential and hospitality projects, ensuring compliance with international and local codes and standards.
• Coordinate closely with architectural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines within the studio to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and technical documents prepared by internal teams or consultants.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and quality control for junior engineers and drafters.
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering exercises, and construction phase support.
• Collaborate with external consultants and contractors during various project stages.
• Evaluate and implement innovative materials, systems, and technologies to enhance design and construction efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery of structural design packages in alignment with project schedules.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• 8+ years of experience with a strong focus on high-rise residential or hospitality buildings.
• Proven experience in structural design for towers exceeding 20 stories.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (Revit).
• Strong understanding of international codes.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary design environment or in-house development studio is highly desirable.
• Excellent technical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams effectively.
• Fluency in English is required.
