Senior Structural Engineer (Commercial Projects)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer with 8+ years' New Zealand consulting experience who enjoys taking ownership of projects, working directly with clients, and contributing to the growth of the NZ operation.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a collaborative team delivering a wide range of commercial and industrial developments from concept design through to construction.

About You You'll ideally have:

• BE (Hons) from a New Zealand university.
• Around 8+ years' experience in New Zealand structural consulting.
• Strong commercial building design experience.
• A solid understanding of New Zealand building codes and structural design standards.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• CPEng or actively working towards chartership would be an advantage.

The Opportunity You'll be responsible for:

• Leading the structural design of commercial building projects.
• Managing client relationships and coordinating project delivery.
• Working closely with architects, contractors and other consultants.
• Delivering practical, buildable engineering solutions.
