Senior Structural Engineer Precast

We are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer with strong experience in precast and RCC building structures. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in structural analysis and design using ETABS and SAFE and should be capable of independently handling structural design and coordination.

Role & responsibilities

• Structural analysis and design of precast and RCC building structures.
• Develop and review structural models using ETABS and SAFE.
• Design of columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, foundations and other structural elements.
• Design and detailing of precast elements and connections/joints.
• Review structural drawings, design calculations and reinforcement details.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, precast production and site teams.
• Review shop drawings and resolve structural/site-related technical issues.
• Carry out structural checks as per applicable IS Codes and project specifications.
• Review structural analysis/design submissions from consultants and vendors.
• Provide technical support during precast production, erection and site execution.
• Ensure structural designs are safe, economical and practical for execution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 7-12 years, preferably with significant experience in precast/high-rise building structures.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ETABS and SAFE.
• Good understanding of precast structural systems and connections.
• Strong knowledge of RCC design and structural detailing.
• Knowledge of relevant IS Codes, including IS 456, IS 1893, IS 13920 and IS 15916.
• Ability to independently review structural calculations and drawings.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-rise/residential/commercial building projects will be preferred.

Qualification

B. Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
M. Tech in Structural Engineering will be an advantage.
