About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Modeller to join our team, working on projects within the mining, heavy industrial, and petrochemical sectors.

The ideal candidate will have extensive structural and mechanical modelling experience, strong technical expertise in Advance Steel, Navisworks, Tekla, and Revit, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality 3D models and coordinated drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D structural and mechanical models using Advance Steel, Tekla, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Prepare fabrication drawings and general arrangement (GA) drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers and designers across multiple disciplines to ensure design consistency.
• Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and interface coordination.
• Review and integrate design information from different disciplines.
• Maintain model and drawing quality in accordance with project standards and procedures.
• Incorporate design changes and provide timely updates throughout project execution.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in structural and mechanical modelling.
• Proven experience in mining, heavy industrial, or petrochemical projects.
• Strong proficiency in Advance Steel, Navisworks, Tekla, and Revit.
• Solid understanding of structural detailing, fabrication drawings, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Experience:

• structural and mechanical modelling: 3 years (Required)
• mining, heavy industrial, or petrochemical projects.: 3 years (Preferred)
• structural detailing and fabrication drawings: 3 years (Preferred)
• 3D modelling, model coordination, and clash detection: 3 years (Preferred)
