Senior Stylist HF & Co, Leeds

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Senior Stylist to join the team at HF & Co.

This is a great opportunity for a stylist who is confident behind the chair, takes pride in delivering exceptional results and wants to work in a professional, friendly salon environment.

The Role

As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality cuts, colours, styling and finishing services
• Providing an exceptional five-star client experience from consultation to finish
• Carrying out thorough consultations and recommending services and products suited to each client
• Keeping up to date with current hair trends, techniques and professional standards
• Recommending suitable professional home-care products
• Rebooking clients and building strong, long-term client relationships
• Supporting salon content and social media where required
• Maintaining excellent salon hygiene and presentation
• Working as part of the HF & Co team and supporting junior members of staff
• Representing the standards and values of HF & Co at all times

What We’re Looking For

Ideally, you’ll have:

• 8+ years’ salon experience
• Strong technical skills and confidence working independently
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• A genuine passion for hair and creating beautiful results
• A professional, positive and reliable attitude
• Confidence recommending products and services without being pushy
• The ability to provide an outstanding client experience
• A willingness to learn, develop and contribute to the team

Existing clientele is welcomed but not essential you don’t need to bring a client base with you.
