Overview

We are seeking an energetic and talented Senior Stylist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead styling services, mentor junior team members, and deliver outstanding customer care. As a Senior Stylist, you will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to elevate our salon experience and drive business growth.

Duties

• Deliver expert styling services including haircuts, coloring, and special treatments with enthusiasm and precision
• Provide professional barbering services when required, ensuring client satisfaction and safety
• Perform eyelash extensions and makeup applications to enhance clients’ natural beauty
• Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Mentor and support junior stylists, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client consultations
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments

Qualifications

• Proven experience in store management within a salon or beauty environment
• Skilled in barbering, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with relevant certifications preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent communication skills to engage clients and team members confidently
• Demonstrated ability in upselling products and services to enhance revenue opportunities
• Experience mentoring or training junior staff members is highly desirable
• Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining high service standards

Pay: £25,420.00-£48,420.00 per year
