Key Responsibilities

• Description: This role needs a Senior Summit Developer to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of trading platforms for our Treasury portfolio.

• This role will focus on ensuring the stability, scalability, and compliance of our trading systems, while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions. Candidate will need proficiency in C++, SQL, Unix, Financial domain, scripting (Unix, Python) etc.

• Candidate needs to have solid oral and documentation skills as day-to-day role involves strong collaboration with Product, technology and technology shared services teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Summit trading platform for Treasury applications.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain application components using C++ and other relevant technologies.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to support application functionality, data processing, and reporting requirements.
• Work in Unix/Linux environments to perform application support, troubleshooting, scripting, and system maintenance.
• Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts and Python scripts to automate operational tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve application defects, production incidents, performance issues, and system integration challenges.
• Monitor and maintain the stability, scalability, availability, and reliability of trading systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, technology teams, shared services, and external vendors to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Support system enhancements, release activities, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.
• Ensure that application changes and operational processes comply with applicable internal controls, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, application support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and implementation documents.
• Participate in technical discussions, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality and timely execution.
