Description

• Lead all on-site construction operations from project startup through turnover.
• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to meet milestone commitments.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and site requirements.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor quality, productivity, and progress.
• Facilitate subcontractor meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, inspections, and material coordination.
• Identify and resolve field issues before impacting schedule or budget.
• Oversee punch list activities, commissioning support, and project closeout.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.

Profile

A successful Senior Superintendent - Class A Office should have:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and field operations.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades and maintaining project momentum.
• Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Experience delivering projects from groundbreaking through completion.
• Additional experience with complex or large-scale commercial projects is advantageous.

Job Offer

• Permanent Senior Superintendent - Class A Office position in Dallas.
• Salary range of $117,800 to $132,600.
