SENIOR SUPERVISOR (C&S)

CONSTRUCTION DIVISON

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the agreed timeline.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth site operations.
• Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and tools to ensure efficient site operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report work progress, issues, and delays to management.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety procedures.
• Guide and supervise site supervisors, workers, and subcontractors to achieve project targets.
• Prepare daily work reports and maintain proper site documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction or site supervision.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and reading construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage site workers and coordinate with subcontractors effectively.
• Willing to work at project sites and travel when required.
