Senior Supervisor

Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Senior Site Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. They're a highly regarded luxury residential construction company delivering premium homes and bespoke building projects across Sydney. Their portfolio includes:

• Bespoke luxury residential homes
• High-end new builds and custom-designed residences
• Architecturally designed homes with exceptional attention to detail
• Premium renovations and extensions
• High-spec interiors and bespoke finishes
• Complex builds requiring meticulous planning and coordination
• Projects across Sydney's sought-after residential locations
• End-to-end delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

The successful candidate will take charge of day-to-day site operations, lead a team of tradespeople, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Preferred Requirements

• Quality experience in a supervisory or foreman role on construction or trade sites
• Experience on residential construction teams
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance standards
• Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Competency in reading plans, specifications, and technical documentation
• Experience with project budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal trade qualification or equivalent hands-on experience in construction
• Supervisors license is advantageous
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• White Card (Construction Induction) or equivalent site safety accreditation.
