Senior Supervisor- Data Engineering, ETL & Reporting

Data Analytics & Business Insights

• Supervise the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for decision-making.
• Develop and implement data quality controls and governance standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Support strategic planning initiatives through advanced analytics and forecasting.
• Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data analysts to achieve individual and departmental goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide regular feedback, and create development plans for team members.
• Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and workload prioritization.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Identify training and development needs to enhance technical and professional capabilities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing talent.
• Resolve team conflicts and address employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate multiple analytics projects and ensure delivery within established timelines.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to senior leaders and business stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and other business functions to implement analytical solutions.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
• Extensive experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Reporting
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of Data, ETL, and Reporting Developers
• Strong background in data warehousing, ETL processes, data visualization, and analytics tools
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule
• Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement
