SENIOR SUPERVISOR – SECOND SHIFT

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is located at our Jaffrey, NH site and provides direct supervision to our second shift production, 3:00 – 11:00pm.

The Senior Supervisor is responsible for directing daily manufacturing activities to meet production quotas, minimize waste, and ensure on-time customer delivery. This role collaborates with department managers to establish quality, safety, and cost-control standards while directly overseeing hourly personnel through performance management, coaching, and daily work assignments. A key focus is driving continuous improvement—including 5S, TPM, and safety initiatives—while tracking daily operational data to close performance gaps and maintain a highly efficient shift operation.

The Senior Supervisor will be responsible for production and operations management including; directing shift transitions, scheduling personnel, coordinating daily plant activities, and submitting Daily Reports of Operations (DRO) to meet delivery timelines. Duties also include team leadership and development such as; managing personnel actions (hiring, training, performance reviews, and discipline) while coaching hourly staff in safety, quality, and effective communication.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

• 3 or more years of progressive supervisory experience required

• 5 years of technical experience is preferred

• Experience in manufacturing operations
