Senior Supply Chain Engineer (Sub direct) - Pathum Thani

Job Purpose:

• Increase company revenue by sourcing the best pricing value for new product
• Increase the transaction speed by exchanging data in real-time
• Increase sales by reducing price per unit
• Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead material sourcing activity for New Products in order to meet customer’s quality/cost/delivery requirement.
2. Work closely with cross-functional team in qualifying new products or new supplier to ensure that quality is not compromised at every stage of a product lifecycle.
3. Increase company revenue by sourcing the best pricing value for new product and turnkey items. Also, be able to advice on alternative sources rather than AVL.
4. Develop and maintain cost models
5. Maintain and increase the transaction speed by exchanging data in real-time.
6. Lead the quarterly cost reduction project.
7. Lead the lead time reduction project.

Job Qualifications:

Education: B.A/B.S./B. Eng., M.A/M.S./M.ENG (Mechanical, Industrial, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.)

Experience:

• +5 years
• Experience working with global suppliers and international supply chains is a plus.
• Supplier negotiation, cost reduction, and supplier development.

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Office and ERP systems, AI/ML, Automation will be considered a strong plus

• Good command of English
