Senior supply Planner

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in material planning, supply planning, or supply chain operations.
• Strong automotive manufacturing experience, preferably Tier 1/Tier 2.
• Advanced knowledge of MRP, inventory management, supplier scheduling, and production planning.
• Strong SAP/ERP experience.
• Knowledge of BOM structures, lead times, safety stock, inventory coverage, and capacity constraints.
• Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.
• Experience managing international suppliers and complex supply chains.
• Advanced English, including supplier negotiations and escalations.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
