Senior Support Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide senior-level support to the Healthcare Operations team in processing health claims, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex claim issues, escalating when necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Develop and maintain documentation of all claim-related activities, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data trends and identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes as needed.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in Healthcare Operations or related field (e.g., US Insurance).
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, claims adjudication, and US healthcare systems.
• Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
