Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, fun, energetic people to join our experienced team in delivering a high-quality service.
Senior support workers will work flexibly to enable young adults with severe learning disabilities, autism and or complex health needs to access short breaks, participate in a range of activities and provide opportunities allowing them to achieve as normal and fulfilling a lifestyle as possible.
Ensuring Care plans and behavior management strategies are implemented consistently by the staff team for the duration of the shift that they lead.
To be a part of rota system which will include, weekends, nights, bank holidays and sleep in shifts. To take part in the on-call Rota.
