Senior Software Engineer with an interest in embedded

Summary

We are looking for a Software Engineer with an interest in robotics or embedded. We are not expecting a candidate to tick all the boxes, but for this position we would like an applicant to have an interest in working with electronics.

Responsibilities

● Implementing desktop apps and REST API in Python

● Defining and setting up CI/CD pipelines across GitLab for software made in Python, C, C++. Note: C/C++ knowledge isn’t required, a general understanding of a compilation process will be sufficient

● Supporting development teams with CI pipelines

● Contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows

● Support automated testing and code coverage, including HW-in-the-loop testing

Requirements

● Programming experience in Python

● Familiarity with cross-compilation toolchains and debugging tools

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines creation and configuration

● General understanding of Docker

● Experience with databases

● Experience with Git

● Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible or Terraform) is an advantage ● Programming experience in C/C++ is an advantage

● Knowledge of monitoring solutions, particularly creating dashboards and implementing metric collection is an advantage

● Strong written and verbal communication abilities

● English Level B 1 at minimum
