Position: Senior System Administrator

Location: Dehradun (Preferred) / Candidates willing to relocate to Dehradun

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

Experience: min 4 Years

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure during the night shift. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, system troubleshooting, user support, endpoint management, and IT operations. Excellent English communication skills are essential, as the role involves supporting global teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD.

Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for system, network, and application-related issues.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity problems.

Manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and access controls.

Configure and maintain Windows servers, workstations, and Active Directory environments.

Monitor system performance, security, backups, and infrastructure health.

Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and timely issue resolution.

Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning and device setup.

Implement security best practices, patch management, and endpoint protection policies.

Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders for escalated technical issues.

Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Participate in infrastructure improvement and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a System Administrator, IT Administrator, or Infrastructure Support Engineer.

Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.

Experience working in a 24x7 support or night-shift environment is preferred.
