About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrators x2 to support and maintain enterprise End User Computing (EUC) infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services within a large government environment.

This role will focus on the administration, maintenance and improvement of EUC technologies, ensuring reliable system performance, effective incident resolution and continuous service improvement.

You will work closely with technical teams and key stakeholders to deliver infrastructure solutions, support enterprise applications and contribute to ongoing technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise EUC infrastructure, devices and services.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and Teams Voice services.
• Provide Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Package and deploy software using SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Configure and automate device provisioning, testing and deployment processes.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, availability and service levels.
• Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) and application management solutions.
• Participate in the design, testing and implementation of EUC initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve infrastructure issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technicians.

Essential

• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise EUC infrastructure and technologies.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, Autopilot and SCCM.
• Experience in application packaging, software deployment and MOE management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, PowerShell and Windows device management.
• Experience managing Windows, iOS, iPadOS and Android devices.
• Experience configuring device group policies and configuration profiles.
• Understanding of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft 365 Defender.
• Experience working within ITIL environments and using ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Desirable

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate.
• Experience with Teams Voice, Teams Meeting Rooms, Logitech and Poly solutions.
• Knowledge of AWS, RDS and Windows 365 environments.
