Senior System Analyst

Role: (Arabic Speaking is Madatory)

System Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the requirements set forth by the business are captured and documented correctly before the solution is developed and implemented.

Responsibilities:

In Analysis Phase, System analyst plays a key role in making sure that the overall project successfully meets the client needs. This includes**:**

• Analyzing and understanding the current state processes to ensure that the context and implications of change are understood by the clients and the project team.
• Developing an understanding of how present and future business needs will impact the solution.
• Identifying the sources of requirements and understanding how roles help determine the relative validity of requirements.
• Developing a Requirements Management Plan and disseminating the Plan to all stakeholders.
• Identifying and documenting all business, technical, product and process requirements.
• Working with the client to prioritize and rationalize the requirements.
• Helping to define acceptance criteria for completion of the solution.

Minimum required:

• Expertise in preparing all documentation required by System Analyst like Project vision Document, Requirement Management Plan, User stories, Use cases, Business Requirement Document, Requirement traceability matrix (RTM), Functional requirement specification (FRS)/ Functional Specification Document (FSD), System requirement specification (SRS)/ System Requirement Document (SRD), Test case.
• College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ full time experience as System Analyst.
• Strong technical background, preferably with at least two (2) years’ experience in incremental development projects using an Agile Scrum approach.
• Familiarity with Information Security best practices
• Ability to identify and manage risk.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic spoken form.
• Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form.
• Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.
• Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
• Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
