Job Description

My client is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Business Analyst with a strong background in the FMCG or consumer goods sector to lead the analysis, configuration and implementation of enterprise business systems, with a particular focus on CRM and sales technology platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead business and systems analysis activities across enterprise CRM, sales and consumer goods technology platforms.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Take a hands-on role in the configuration, implementation and ongoing enhancement of enterprise business applications.
• Collaborate with technical teams, solution architects and external vendors to deliver system improvements and new functionality.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology and automation.
• Support end-to-end system implementations, including solution design, configuration, integration, testing and deployment.
• Act as a key point of contact between business and IT teams, ensuring technology solutions align with commercial and operational requirements.
• Provide senior-level guidance on system capabilities, configuration decisions and best practices across business applications.

Experience Required

• Minimum 7+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis or a related enterprise applications role, with significant experience in the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
• Strong hands-on experience in the configuration, implementation and enhancement of enterprise CRM or sales management systems.
• Experience working with platforms such as SAP Sales Cloud (C4C), Oracle CX Sales or Salesforce , ideally within a consumer goods environment.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into practical system configurations and technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes within FMCG, including sales operations, customer management and commercial workflows.
• Demonstrable experience delivering enterprise systems implementation or transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in a senior capacity, taking ownership of requirements, system improvements and delivery activities.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud .
• Knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud, Oracle CX Sales or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
• Experience integrating CRM platforms with ERP systems and other enterprise applications.
• Understanding of sales force automation, trade promotion processes, customer relationship management and commercial operations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise systems transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing, data migration and post-implementation system optimisation.
• Relevant CRM platform certifications would be advantageous.

Educational Requirements

• A third-level degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional qualifications in Business Analysis, enterprise applications or CRM technologies would be beneficial.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Permanent position based in Dublin.
• Salary up to €85,000 to €95,000 depending on experience.
