Senior System Analyst — Finance

Key responsibilities

• Own as-is and to-be process design for FI and CO areas: GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, product costing and profitability analysis.
• Gather requirements from Finance, Costing and Controlling; produce functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Support month-end and year-end close from the system side; identify and remove recurring manual workarounds.
• Own the system side of product costing and the standard cost roll with Costing and Manufacturing.
• Support statutory, tax and audit requirements including data extraction and control evidence.
• Partner with the D&A and AI team on the finance data models feeding margin, PPV and quote profitability analytics.
• Document processes and maintain a trained backup.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
• 6+ years combining finance or accounting process knowledge and system analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP FI and CO, including product costing and profitability analysis.
• Understanding of internal control requirements in a listed-company environment.
• Demonstrated experience writing functional specifications and running UAT.
• English fluency required.

Preferred qualifications

• Manufacturing costing background; standard versus actual costing and variance analysis.
• Understand the business financial process and requirement of EMS business.
• Experience supporting external audit from the system side.
• Multi-entity consolidation experience.
• Accounting qualification.
