Job title: Senior System Analyst (.NET, Power Platform, Python, RPA technologies)

Hybrid Position - 3 days/week in Foster City. CA Local Candidates Only.

Duration: 14+ month contract role

Pay Rate: $90 - $97/hr.

Description:

Seeking an experienced developer responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and enhancing enterprise applications, automation solutions, workflows, dashboards, and reporting systems using .NET, Power Platform, Robotic Process Automation technologies.

Required Degree or Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Blue Prism Developer or relevant certifications
• Top 3 Required Skill Sets:

C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, REST APIs, Power Apps, RPA tools (Blue Prism, Power Automate), SQL/Oracle

Top 3 Nice to Have Skill Sets:

Plotly, UiPath, JavaScript, Jira, Python

Hands-on exp on developing .Net and power apps, and BOT development using BluePrism Tool

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, REST APIs and Power Apps.
• Create, configure, and maintain RPA bots using Blue Prism or Power Automate to automate repetitive and manual tasks and workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document existing business processes for automation opportunities.
• Write Blue Prism scripts and workflows to automate tasks and conduct thorough testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automation processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including technical design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions, addressing any issues that may arise during production.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through automation.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for business applications and automation platforms.
• Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and user support materials.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through application modernization and process automation.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and compliance requirements throughout the development process.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and junior developers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of IT software development
• Strong experience in .NET application development (C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core), SQL Server, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Blue Prism RPA, REST API development and system integrations, and administration/support of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Blue Prism's features, capabilities, and components (Process Diagram, Process Studio, Object Studio, etc.).
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and map them for automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge on AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
