Requirements 该职位来源于猎聘 About the Team At ZF Commercial Vehicle Solutions, we are developing next-generation braking and vehicle control systems that make commercial vehicles safer, smarter and more sustainable. As a System Engineer in the Brake Controls R&D team, you will be responsible for the development of system requirements, functional definition, system architecture design, and verification strategies for Signal Processing related functions. You will serve as a key interface between brake control functions (ABS, ESC, TCS, EBS, ADAS Brake Interface, etc.) and underlying signal processing modules, driving the successful execution of global product development projects. You are expected to have a deep understanding of vehicle dynamics, brake control logic, and sensor signal chains to ensure that Signal Processing functions meet functional safety, performance, and customer requirements. • Analyze customer requirements, regulatory requirements, and system requirements; define Signal Processing functional requirements and technical solutions, including:
• Vehicle Speed Estimation
• Wheel Speed Processing
• Vehicle Motion Detection
• Driver Intention Interpretation
• Sensor Plausibility Monitoring
• Vehicle Dynamic Signals Processing
• and related functions
• Decompose customer requirements into system functional requirements and complete the architecture design of Signal Processing functions.
• Define module interfaces and data flows, and establish functional degradation and fault-tolerance strategies.
• Support software architecture development and product platform design.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams, coordinate activities across software, testing, and function development teams, organize requirements and technical reviews, support customer communication and issue resolution, and ensure project delivery according to plan Your Profile as a Senior System Engineer – Brake Signal Processing:
• Master’s degree or above
• Major in Vehicle Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive electronics development
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brake control system development
• Experience in systems engineering or function development is preferred
• Experience in commercial vehicle brake system development is preferred
