Summary

This team is developing advanced mission systems and RF payloads for aerospace and space-based platforms, turning complex operational needs into architectures capable of performing in demanding mission environments.

Senior systems engineers lead mission analysis, CONOPS development and end-to-end engineering across RF payload design, integration, verification and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission definition, requirements development and architecture trades
• Develop CONOPS, operational modes and mission scenarios
• Design RF payload architectures for airborne and space-based platforms
• Perform link budgets, coverage analysis and interference analysis
• Lead system integration, verification and major technical reviews

Required Experience

• 10+ years of aerospace or space systems engineering experience
• Experience leading RF payload design for airborne or space platforms
• Strong knowledge of RF systems, link analysis and antenna systems
• Experience developing CONOPS and supporting SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR or ORR
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with SSBI and Polygraph
