Who Are We Looking For We are looking for a hands-on Senior System Engineer to manage and improve HawarIT’s IT infrastructure across Windows and Linux systems, networks, security, virtualization, cloud/VPS environments, backup and recovery, monitoring, and end-user services. The role requires strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis capability, disciplined documentation, independent problem solving, and effective English communication with colleagues and stakeholders in Bangladesh and the Netherlands. Practical knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and a long-term commitment to the role are expected.

Educational Requirements: BSc in CSE or a related field from a reputed university.

Certifications: Candidates with relevant experience and certifications in MCSA/MCSE, RHCSA/RHCE, MTCNA, CCNA, Next-Generation Firewall, and ISO 27001:2022 will be preferred.

Experience Requirements: 5-6 years of relevant professional experience.

Language: Fluency in spoken and written English.

• MikroTik & Cisco: Routing & Switching, LAN, WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, MikroTik RouterOS, Firewall, NAT, VPN, DHCP/DNS, Wireless Networking, and Network Troubleshooting.
• Next-Generation Firewall: Advanced Firewall Management, IPS/IDS, Application Control, Web Filtering, VPN, NAT, Firewall Policies, Threat Prevention, and Security Monitoring.
• ISO 27001:2022: ISMS, Risk Management, Information Security Controls, Security Policies, Compliance, Auditing, Incident Management, and Continuous Improvement.

The candidate will be responsible for performing the following duties:

• Configure ICT facilities and provide Tier II/III helpdesk, hardware, software, licensing, and user support. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform RCA on system incidents.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot ICT equipment, attendance/access-control systems, NVRs, Inverter/ESS GoodWe, Synology NAS, PiKVM, and other devices.
