What you'll be doing?

• Design and implement solutions: Create and execute network and technology project solutions, including Data Security and Identity Access Management, collaborating closely with internal teams and external customers.
• Project management: Organize project schedules and resources, working with customers, engineers, vendors, and third parties to ensure smooth project execution.
• Quality assurance: Monitor project status, quality, material procurement, and progress to maintain high standards of delivery.
• Team development: Collaborate with team engineers to improve service delivery and enhance their technical skills, soft skills, and business acumen.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational background: Higher Diploma or above in IT-related disciplines, demonstrating a strong foundation in technology.
• Networking knowledge: Basic understanding of networking principles to support project implementation and troubleshooting.
• Experience level: Minimum 1 year of experience in project implementation and maintenance support.
• Technical skills: Knowledge of Security solutions, Linux, Windows Server, AD, and Exchange Server is desirable. Hands-on experience with CyberArk, Cisco ISE, and Cloud platforms would be an advantage.
• Personal qualities: Strong problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Language proficiency: Fluency in both written and verbal English and Cantonese to facilitate clear communication with local and international stakeholders.
