Senior System Engineer (Windows)

We are looking for an experienced Windows System Engineer to manage and maintain enterprise Windows infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role involves system administration, security, automation, troubleshooting, and ensuring system availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Perform server patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
• Support VMware, AWS, Azure, and private cloud infrastructure.
• Implement security controls, access management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage backups, restoration, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.
• Maintain system documentation and follow security and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, virtualisation, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, system monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Microsoft, AWS, Azure, VMware, or IT service management certifications.
• Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure and regulated environments.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
